针对出煤量大、不均衡等原因造成的胶带重载停机难题,通过分析某矿各胶带机输送能力、综一8107工作面与综二8214工作面最大出煤量,得出当2个工作面煤流不稳定系数均为1.5时,容易造成重载停机,并在此基础上,提出了煤流均衡控制措施,有效保证了胶带的正常运转,实现了矿井的高产高效。研究结果对煤流分析及千万吨矿井的高产高效具有积极的指导意义。
Aiming at the difficuhies of heavy belt load halt caused by such reasons as large coal output and imbalance, through analysing the delivery capacity of each belt conveyor as well as the maximal coal output of No. 1 8107 working face and No. 2 8214 working face, a conclusion was drawn that heavy load halt was easily caused when the instability coefficient of coal flow of both working faces is 1.5. On this basis, the balancing controlling measures on coal flow was proposed which effectively ensured the normal operation of belt and a- chieved the high yield and high efficiency of mine. The research results are of great guiding significance for coal flow analysis as well as high yield and high efficiency of thousands of tons of coal mine.
