在过程层析成像系统中,传感器电极阵列的设计直接影响到整个系统.为了使系统获得更高的图像分辨率,通过电磁场有限元仿真软件COMSOL分析,构建ERT/ECT双模态敏感阵列电极三维模型.基于敏感场分布的均匀性、相关系数及空间分辨率等优化指标,进行了ERT/ECT双模态敏感阵列电极优化设计.实验表明,三维ERT电极选圆形电极,且其电极直径为0.3s;而三维ECT阵列电极选矩形电极,其宽为0.65s,高为1.8R(s为2πR/16;R为管道半径)为佳.优化设计的敏感阵列电极可获得较均匀的灵敏场分布及较高图像质量.
Optimal design of the sensor electrode array is importance for the construction of the process tomography system. In order to improve the image resolution of the system, a 3D model of ERT/ECT dual-modality sensing electrode array was established by using the software COMSOL. According to the uniformity of sensitivity field distribu- tion, the correlation coefficient, and the reconstructed image space resolution, the ERT/ECT dual-modality sensing electrode arrays were optimized. Experimental results show that the electrode array model of 3D ERT should be circular whose diameter is 0.3s, and the electrode array model of 3D ECT should be rectangular whose width is 0.65s, and height is 1.8R (s = 2πR / 16 ; R is the radius of pipe). The optimized sensing electrode array can improve the uniformity of the sensing field distribution and the imaging quality.
