新企业是社会建构的实体,他们衍生于嵌入创业者个人社会资本中的创业活动。已有研究过于侧重创业网络的结构与内容,忽视对网络过程、网络行为的探讨。本文运用案例研究方法,分析了新企业通过与伙伴建立关系逐步建构创业网络的过程。研究发现:创业网络的形成有赖于新企业所实施的关系接触、关系交往、关系调试、关系建立等创业行动。
New firm formation is a process that contains entrepreneurial activities embedded in social network of entrepreneurs. Exiting researches on entrepreneurial network have paid more attention on network structure and content, while few of them have focused on network process and behaviors. Using case study method, this paper has analyzed the construction of entrepreneurial network. It shows that network formation depends on a series of activities, which are contacting, communicating, debugging and establishing.
