英文摘要：
There is a strong relationship between the development of urbanization and water resources. This paper summaries their relationship from the following aspects： the effects of the development of urbanization to water resources ; the restrictions of water resources to urbanization and their numerical relationship. Based on the theory of ecology, this paper separates the urban water usage into three parts： the direct water usage, the indirect water usage and the related water usage, and then it elaborates them briefly.
