企业战略作为决定企业的整体性、长远性发展目标的基本政策和程序方针,应具有相对的稳定性,然而,随着电子商务的变革,企业开始面临高度动态和形态多样的竞争环境,致使作为事关全局的企业战略同时还应具有调整变革的灵活性,然而,稳定性与灵活性之间存在的矛盾使许多企业倍感困惑,而企业战略柔性恰好能够在战略的稳定性和灵活性之间找到最佳平衡点,并成为解决这一矛盾最有效的途径。本文从理论上分析了反映企业战略柔性程度的四大主要测度指标,即能力柔性、组织柔性、文化柔性以及资源柔性,基于此提出企业战略柔性关键影响因素理论模型,并进行了实证研究,实证结果显示理论模型得到数据支持。
As basic policies and guidelines that decide overall,long-term development objectives,business strategies should have considerable stability.On the other hand,with the background of the large-scale implementation of e-commerce,the highly dynamic competitive environment leads that business strategy must have the flexibility to adjust and change.However,there are contradictions between stability and flexibility which make many companies to feel confused.The enterprises' strategic flexibility is the optimal balance between stability and flexibility and the most effective way to reslove this conflict.This paper analyzes the four major measurement indicators about strategies flexibility including competence flexibility,organizational flexibility,cultural flexibility and resource flexibility,proposes the theoretical model of key influencing factors,and carries out an empirical research which discover that theoretical model is scientific and realistic.
