针对绞吸式挖泥船施工过程中吸扬系统最优工况点的寻优问题,提出以土方量和比能耗为优化目标,利用差分进化算法寻找最优工况点的优化方法,并将计算出的最优工况点与“长狮9”号绞吸式挖泥船的施工数据进行对比,结果表明,在不同优化目标下,利用差分进化算法的寻优方法都能在短时间内计算出最优工况点,且计算结果与实际施工数据较为接近。
Aimed at the optimum working point of cutter suction dredger construction process optimization,a kind of method was put forward based on differential evolution algorithm, which takes aim at mud production and energy consumption. Taking the Changshi 9 dredger as the research object, the comparison results showed that optimal operating point can be calculated in short time by the differential evolution algorithm, and the calculated results are close to the actual construction data.
