目的介绍一种大鼠胰腺微血管铸型的方法,并对其形态进行了扫描电镜等方法考察。方法取成年SD大鼠,采用逆行腹主动脉灌注聚甲基甲酸甲酯溶液铸型,并用SDS溶液去除胰腺细胞和氢氧化钠溶液去除被膜和血管壁等组织,冷冻干燥后喷金进行扫描电镜观察胰腺的微血管形态。结果扫描电镜结果显示大鼠胰腺内血管在铸型后显露清晰,血管网密集,胰腺内毛细血管通常由一动脉形成多个分支和多个出芽,毛细血管网相互交通,直径3-5μm。结论本方法清晰得到了大鼠胰腺血管微血管的形态结构,为进一步研究胰腺内细胞间信号传导和营养等供应奠定了基础。
Objective: Introduces a rat pancreatic microvascular casting method, and inspects its form with scanning electron microscope and other methods Method:Took adult SD rats, adopted retrograde abdominal aorta to bepoured with Poly methyl methyl formate solution to cast, and used SDS solution to remove pancreas cells and used sodium hydroxide solution to remove capsula, vascular wall and other organizations, took SEM observation on pancreatic microvascular morphology after freeze drying. Result:The SEM observation result showed that the rat pancreas blood vessel showed clear after casting, the vasoganglion is intensive, the blood capillary usually formed many branches and many buddings from one artery, the capillary network were interlocking each others, the diameter was 3-5 μ m.Conclusion: This method clearly got the microvascular morphology of rat pancreas blood vessels, established the foundation for the further study of pancreas cell signaling and nutrition and others supplies.
