2014年2月28日在武汉大学经济与管理学院召开的“中国本土管理研究的现状与展望”研讨会进一步对中国本土管理研究进行集体探索与反思，与会学者主要围绕中国本土管理研究的路径选择与科学尝试进行了探讨。结合会议报告、会议论文、专题讨论等对相关问题进行了简要述评。

英文摘要：

The 2014 Symposium on the Status and Prospects of Indigenous Management Research in China, which was held at the Economics and Management School of Wuhan University on February 28th, 2014, in which scholars mainly discussed path exploration and scientific attempts, is a further reflection of collective exploration on Indigenous Management Research in China. According to plena- ry lectures, special seminars, conference papers and live communication, some highlights of view- points and concise comments are offered in this paper.
