理论和实践都已经证明,良好的人才成长性是决定产业集群可持续发展的最重要因素之一,而人才的成长需要激励。文章采用深度访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,实证研究了北京、武汉、上海和顺德等地的产业集群,得出了促进产业集群人才成长的核心激励因素、重要激励因素、次重要激励因素和辅助激励因素,并得到了产业集群的人才成长激励因素模型。在此基础上,文章对产业集群的人才成长机制做了研究,提出了产业集群人才成长机制TD—LIE模型。
It has been proved theoretically and practically that healthy development of human capital is one of the most important factors deciding the continuous development of industry duster and the development needs motivation, This research adopts methods like deep interview, questionnaire to empirically studied industry dusters in Beijing, Wuhan, Shanghai and Shunde and then obtains core motivation factor, important motivation factor, minor important factor and auxiliary motivation factor and constructs the motivation factor model for talent development, Based on this, this research focus on the mechanism of talent development in industry cluster and draws the conclusion.
