本文通过对2006-2010年中国重要报纸全文数据库中524篇新闻报道的内容分析,首先提取出与区域人才聚集效应相关的367个分析单元;其次,结合已有研究,将区域人才聚集效应划分为时间和空间两个维度,共识别归纳出5类16种效应,编码统计分析结果表明,升级效应和带动效应分别是时空两个维度中最显著的聚集效应,反映出人才聚集与区域经济发展之间的互动共赢关系;最后,根据内容分析结果,得出了关于促进区域人才聚集正向效应、预防负向效应的结论与启示。

英文摘要：

First,this paper was extracted 367 analysis unit related to regional talent agglomeration effects by the Content Analysis of 524 news from China Core Newspapers Full text Database between 2006 and 2010.Second,combing with existing research,it showed that the regional talent agglomeration effects can be divided into 16 kinds of effects of 5 categories in two dimensions of space and time.Coding statistical results revealed that upgrading effects and driving effects are the most significant effect,reflecting the win-win relationship between talent Agglomeration and regional economic development.Finally,the results are to propose conclusions and implications for promoting positive regional talent agglomeration effects and preventing negative effects.
