超声分散制备环氧树脂/纳米SiO2复合材料研究

采用超声分散法制备了环氧树脂/纳米SiO2复合材料,探讨了不同超声分散时间对复合材料性能的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、热失重分析仪和硬度计分别表征了复合材料的形态、结构、热稳定性和硬度。结果表明,随着超声分散时间的延长,分散效果、热稳定性都呈先提高后降低的趋势,分散时间为20~30min时复合材料的性能较佳。

Epoxy/nano-SiO2 composites were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion methods. The influence of ultrasonic dispersion time on the properties of composites was studied. The form, structure, heat resistance and hardness of composites were respectively characterized by SEM, FT-IR, TG and hardness test. The results showed that the trends for the dispersion effect and thermal stability were same with the extension of ultrasonic time, which first increased and then decreased, the dispersion effect was the best during 20 - 30 min.
