纤维素溶剂能够极大的减弱纤维素分子间以及分子内氢键,降低结晶度,改变纤维素的晶体结构,从而导致纤维素溶解。和传统预处理方式相比,纤维素溶剂预处理具有预处理条件温和、效果好,反应不产生或者很少产生酶解发酵抑制物等优点;然而,纤维素溶剂预处理仍然存在溶剂价格高、回用相对困难,难以实现大规模工业化生产等问题。通过对几种新型纤维素溶剂溶解纤维素机理的分析,介绍了纤维素溶剂在木质纤维素预处理中的应用,为纤维素溶剂运用于木质纤维素预处理中的相关研究提供一定的参考。
Cellulose solvents can break down the inter- and intra- molecular hydrogen bonds rapidly,destroy the original crystalline forms of cellulose,resulting in dissolution of the cellulose. Compared to traditional lignocellulose pretreatment methods,cellulose solvent- based pretreatments have several advantages:( 1) modest pretreatment conditions;( 2) great substrate enzymatic digestibility;( 3) less side reaction and inhibitors formation. For now,cellulose solvent- based pretreatments still face several challenges to be solved: higher solvent costs and low biomass loading. Cellulose solvent- based pretreatments need for large- scale experiments to assess the whole procedure. In this review,cellulose dissolution mechanism was analysed,and a brief introduction to cellulose solvent based lignocellulose pretreatment was given. The aim of this review was to provide some guidlines for cellulose solvent- based lignocellulose pretreatments.
