醇胺法二氧化碳捕集技术是目前应用广泛的捕碳技术,解吸塔能耗大的缺点影响该工艺的进一步发展。针对解吸塔反应精馏的特点在MESH方程(质量平衡方程、相平衡方程、摩尔分数归一化方程、能量平衡方程)建立平衡级静态模型,找出与再生能耗相关的直接参数,并对参数对再生能耗的影响进行了定性分析。分析表明再生能耗主要集中在富液塔内升温吸热和解吸化学吸热两项,MEA(乙醇胺)浓度、塔底压力2个工艺参数同能耗存在非线性关系。
Amine-based CO2 capture technology has become widely used nowadays. The lack of energy consumption of the desorption column hinders the development of this capture technology. According to the characteristics of reactive distillation of desorption column, MESH equations are using to establish a equilibrium-level static model The main parameters directly related to renewable energy are found out through analyzing the model, after that, the relationship between renewable energy and the parameters is analyzed. Analysis shows that renewable energy mainly concentrated in sensible heat of rich liquid and desorption chemical heat. The MEA concentration and bottom pressure have nonlinear relation with energy consumption.
