农户农药使用行为的安全性直接影响着农产品的质量安全。由于农户违规使用农药导致农药残留超标而引起的农产品质量安全问题越演越烈，分析农户农药使用情况的现状、农户对农药副作用的认识以及政府对农户用药行为的监管具有非常重要的意义。分析结果表明，海南省冬季瓜菜种植农户虽然对农药的副作用有较好的认识，但其用药行为的安全性较低，安全生产意识也相对淡薄。政府对农户用药行为的监管有所松懈，这十分不利于安全农产品的出岛，应该予以加强。

英文摘要：

The pesticide-use behavior of farmers is directly connected with the safety of agricultural products. The safety problems Of agricultural products were increasing seriously due to the misuse of pesticide and lead excessive pesticide residues ,it＇s significant to analyse the present situation of the pesticide-usage,cognition of pesticide side-effects as well as the government regulation of farmers. The results showed that farmers of plant- ing anti-melon vegetables had good understanding for pesticide, but awareness of production safety was relatively weak as well as the security of pesticide-use behavior. Government regulation was slack of the pesticideuse behavior,that＇s very detrimental to the island of safe argricuture preoduots which was unfavourable to the safety of agricultural products and should he enhanced.
