脱氢枞胺经乙酰化、硝化、还原制得12-氨基-N-乙酰脱氢枞胺,再与相应的取代苯甲醛反应制得一系列脱氢枞胺衍生物的Schiff碱6a~6e。选用Hey-1B卵巢癌细胞株测定了目标物的体外抗肿瘤活性,结果显示6a~6e体外对Hey-1B卵巢癌细胞株均有一定活性。
Dehydroabietylamine underwent acetylation,nitration and reduction to give 12-aminoN-acetyldehydroabietylamine,which reacted with substituted benzaldehydes to obtain five Schiff's bases of dehydroabietylamine derivative(6a~6e).Their antitumor activities on Hey-1B ovarian cancer cell line were tested.The results showed that 6a~6e had inhibitory effects on Hey-1B ovarian cancer cell line in vitro.
