掺杂三价稀土阳离子的铈酸锶(SrCeO-3)基材料在高温下含氢气氛中具有良好的质子导电性,因此广泛应用于多种电化学装置系统中,如氢泵、水蒸汽传感器和氢传感器等。综述了SrCeO-3基电解质离子传导机制及高温固相法、溶胶-凝胶法、微波合成法、沉积法等在制备SrCeO-3基电解质方面的最新研究成果。
SrCeO3-based materials doped with some rare earth as an acceptor show proton conduction under hydrogen-containing atmosphere at high temperature,which make them be used in various electrochemical systems such as hydrogen pumps,steam electrolytes and hydrogen sensors.The latest research progress of perovskite-type SrCeO3-based electrolytes were presented from their ionic transference mechanism and preparation methods such as high-temperature solid state reaction,sol-gel method,microwave synthesis method and deposition method.
