研究了表面活性剂Tween80对有机氯农药林丹的增溶效果,对白腐真菌Phlebia brevispora及其胞内酶降解水溶液中林丹以及对菌株降解土壤中林丹的强化作用。结果表明,0.2~1.0 g/L的Tween80能大幅度增加林丹的溶解度,增溶倍数最高达到10.9。在0.4~1.0 g/L浓度范围内,Tween80能有效促进菌株对水相中林丹的降解,且降解率随着Tween80浓度的增加而增加。Tween80浓度为1.0 g/L时的林丹降解率达到最高的86.38%,比对照增加了18.88%。Tween80同样提高了菌株胞内酶对林丹的降解活性,在酶处理90 min后,添加0.4~1.0 g/L的Tween80处理时林丹的降解率显著高于对照处理(P〈0.05)。添加了高浓度(0.6、0.8和1.0 g/L)Tween80的土壤体系中的林丹降解率则显著高于对照及低浓度处理(P〈0.05)。尤其在添加1.0 g/L的Tween80的土壤中,处理30 d后菌株降解了77.69%的林丹,相比对照提高了14.27%。
The enhancements of surfactant Tween80 on solubilization of γ-HCH,biodegradation of γ-HCH by white rot fungus Phlebia brevispora from water and soils were investigated.The results of solubilization showed that the solubility ofγ-HCH in water could be greatly enhanced by Tween80 at 0.2~1.0 g/L.Tween80 could enhance the degradation of γ-HCH by P.brevispora at a concentration range of 0.4 to 1.0 g/L,and the degradation rate increased with increasing Tween80 concentration.It was also found that Tween80 could significantly increase(P〈0.05)the activity of intracellular enzyme from fungus for degradation of γ-HCH at a concentration range between 0.4 and 1.0 g/L,after 90 min of incubation.The fungal removal rates of γ-HCH from soil with Tween80 of high concentration(0.6 ~1.0 g/L) were significantly larger than that without Tween80 and that with Twen80 of low concentration,about γ-HCH of 77.69% was removed by P.brevispora after30 d of incubation,from contaminated-soil with Tween80 of 1.0 g/L.
