沿海声层析(coastal acoustic tomography,CAT)通过精确测量双向声信号传播时间来实现对近岸流场的观测。它可以不受繁忙的船舶航行和渔业活动等的限制,实现流场大面积、长期、连续的实时监测。CAT已多次成功应用于强潮海区,包括涌潮区等区域。本文介绍CAT的正演、反演问题,相关数据同化处理的最新进展,以及一些代表性实验案例。
The method of coastal acoustic tomography(CAT) can achieve offshore current observation through accurate measurement of reciprocal sound travel time in coastal waters. CAT is a powerful tool for long-term,real-time and continuous monitoring on current fields in a large area with heavy shipping traffic and busy fishery activities. CAT has been successfully applied in the observation experiments in sea areas with strong tides,including tidal bore zones. This paper systematically introduces the latest research progress of forward problem,inverse problem and data assimilation, and shows a variety of representative experimental cases of current measurement in coastal sea areas.
