知识经济时代下，积极推动大学生自主创业不仅能够促进知识的创新与转化，而且也是缓解大学生就业压力的重要途径。在对已有相关文献分析的基础上，采用对412名大学本科毕业班学生调查所得数据，利用结构方程探索了创新能力、创新自我效能感与大学生自主创业行为的关系。研究成果能够为新时期我国高等教育综合改革实践提供及时、有益的借鉴。

英文摘要：

To encourage university students to become self--employed initiatively in the era of knowledge--based economy is not only helpful to the innovation and the transformation of knowledge, but also an important approach to ease the pressure of students in finding a job. Based on the analysis of relevant literatures and a survey of 412 sen- ior university students,this paper implores the relationships among innovation competence,innovation self--efficacy and initiatively entrepreneurial behavior of university students. This paper gives some suggestions on how to moti- vate initiatively entrepreneurial behavior of college students.
