目的:通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立2型糖尿病的SD大鼠模型,观察给药剂量、给药次数对大鼠成模率、死亡率的影响。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(N组)及造模组(A、B、C组),予高糖、高脂饲料喂养8周后,造模组分别给予链脲佐菌素(STZ)20 mg/kg单次腹腔内注射(A组)、20 mg/kg连续2 d腹腔内注射(B组)及30 mg/kg单次腹腔内注射(C组),然后测空腹血糖。结果:A组成模率较低(33.3%),死亡率0%;B组成模率较高(66.7%),死亡率13.3%;C组成模率高(100%),死亡率高(60.0%)。结论:高糖、高脂饲养8周后联合小剂量STZ 20mg/kg连续2 d腹腔内注射组SD大鼠成模率较高,死亡率较低。
Objective:The SD rats model of type 2 diabetes mellitus were established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ),and we observed the effects of dose and number of administration on the rate of mold formation and mortality in rats.Methods:60 male SD rats were randomly divided into the normal control group(N) and the model group of A-C group.After feeding high glucose and high fat diet for 8 weeks,the model group was given streptozotocin(STZ) 20 mg/kg single intraperitoneal injection(the A group),20 mg/kg continuous two days intraperitoneal injection(the B group) and 30 mg/kg single intraperitoneal injection(the C group),then fasting glucose was measured.Results:In A group,the molding rate was low(33.3%),and the mortality rate was 0%.In B group,the molding rate was higher(66.7%),and the mortality rate was 13.3%.In C group,the molding rate was high(100%),and the mortality rate was high(60%).Conclusion:After feeding high glucose and high fat diet for 8 weeks,combined with small dose of STZ 20 mg/kg continuous two days intraperitoneal injection,the molding rate of SD rats was higher,and the mortality rate was lower.
