以丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、丙烯酸十八酯(OA)为单体,采用氧化-还原引发体系,通过自由基胶束共聚法制得疏水缔合型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(PADO)絮凝剂。研究了聚合物组成、pH值、添加量等因素对造纸白水絮凝效果的影响,同时讨论了特性黏数与聚合工艺的关系。较佳的实验条件为:聚合温度45℃,反应时间12h,OA摩尔分数1.5%、DM-DAAC摩尔分数10%、引发剂用量0.03%、添加量20mg/L、pH值6.0,PADO的特性黏数约为380mL/g,透光率99%,CODc,去除率82%以上。实验表明,该疏水缔合型絮凝剂对造纸白水具有明显的絮凝效果。
Hydrophobic associative cationic polyacrylamide flocculant was prepared by free micellar copolymerization of acrylamide (AM), dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and octadecyl acrylate (OA) in the aqueous solutions, initiated by redox initiation. The influences of some factors including structures of the copolymer, pH value and dosage on the treatment efficiency of papermaking whitewater were studied. At the same time, the relationship between intrinsic viscosity and polymerization process was also discussed. According to the application results, the optimum conditions were described as below: polymerization temperature 45℃, reaction time 12. Oh, x(OA) = 1.5%, x(DMDAAC) = 10%, x(Initiator)=0.03%, dosage 20 mg/L, pH value 6.0. The intrinsic viscosity is about 380 mL/g. The transmittance of the treated whitewater is 99%, and the CODCr removal efficiency is more than 82%. The hydrophobic associative cationic polyacrylamide shows excellent effects on the treatment of papermaking whitewater.
