为研究非正交面齿轮传动系统的非线性动力学特性,基于集中参数理论,建立包含齿侧间隙、传动误差、时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼、支撑刚度、支撑阻尼和激励频率等参数的弯-扭耦合非线性动力学模型。采用龙格库塔数值积分方法对系统的动力学方程进行求解,分析不同的激励频率对非正交面齿轮传动系统的动态响应的影响。通过对时间历程图、平面相图、Poincare截面图和FFT频谱图的分析和比较,传动系统会出现简谐响应、2周期次谐波响应、拟周期响应及混沌响应。
In order to study the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of face gear drive with non-orthogonal intersection, a nonlinear dynamic model was presented by the concentrated parameters, which includes gear clearances, general transmission error, time-varying meshing stiffness, meshing damping, brace stiffness, support damping and exciting frequency, etc. The Runge-Kutta numerical integral method was used to solve the dynamic differential equations. When the excitation frequency is changed, harmonic, sub-harmonic, quasi-periodic and chaotic responses are shown by the time histories, phase plane plots, Poincare maps and Fourier spectra.
