文章在模糊环境下从情报来源、情报价值、情报成本3个维度构建决策情报评价指标体系,将评价指标无量纲化并转换为三角模糊数,形成决策矩阵。然后根据客观熵赋权法为评价指标计算权重,运用模糊VIKOR法对决策情报进行排序,选出最优评估方案。最后,通过案例证实了该方法的科学性和可行性。
Under the fuzzy environment,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of decision-making intelligence from3 dimensions,such as sources of intelligence,value of intelligence and the cost of intelligence. The paper nondimensionalizes the evaluation index and converted into triangular fuzzy number,in order to form a decision-making matrix. Then,the paper calculates the weighting of evaluation index according to the objective entropy weight method. The paper uses fuzzy VIKOR method to order the decision-making intelligence,in order to select the best evaluation scheme. Finally,the paper carries on a case study to verify the scientific and feasibility of the method for enterprise decision-making intelligence.
