Hu Jun received the B. S., M. S. and Ph. D. degrees at Department of Microwave Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 1995, 1998, 2000, respectively. During 2001, he was a research assistance in Center of Wireless Communication in City University of Hongkong. He is currently an associate professor in School of Electronic Engineering of UESTC, a member of IEEE EMC-S and MTT-S. He has published over 100 technical papers. His current research interests include computational electromagnetics, electromagnetic scattering and radiation. E-mail: hujun@uestc.edu.cn Nie Zaiping received the B.S. degree in Chengdu Radio Engineering Institute (now UESTC) in 1968, M. S. degree in UESTC in 1981. During 1987 to 1989, he was a visiting scholar in Electromagnetic Lab of University of Illinois, Urban Champagne, USA. He is currently a full professor in School of Electronics Engineering of UESTC, senior member of IEEE. He has published over 300 technical papers. His current research interests include antenna theory and technique, field and wave in inhomogeneous media, computational electromagnetics, electromagnetic scattering and inverse scattering.
