针对考虑多种形式信息的求职者与岗位双边匹配问题提出了一种决策分析方法。首先,给出了求职者与岗位双边匹配的问题描述;其次.针对多评价指标下的0—1判断信息、区间数和语言评价等多种形式的信息,通过计算不同形式的评价信息与正理想点的距离定义了岗位对求职者的满意度和求职者对岗位的满意度,以岗位和求职者双方角度的满意度最大为目标建立了多目标优化模型。最后,通过BS公司的实例分析说明了该方法的实用性和有效性。
A decision-making method is proposed to solve the two-sided matching problem between employees and company positions considering multiple format information. Firstly, it gives the description of two-sided matching problem between employees and company. Secondly, it considers multiple forms of multi-criteria evaluation information such as 0-1 judgment information, interval number and linguistic evaluation information. The two-sided matching degree is defined by calculating the distance of evaluation information with positive ideal point. To maximize the two-sided satisfaction degree, a muhi-objective optimization model is constructed. Finally, a numerical example of BS Corporation is given to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
