对8根HRB500高强钢筋混凝土梁以及2根普通钢筋混凝土梁受弯性能进行了对比试验,分析了试验梁的裂缝分布、短期最大裂缝宽度以及挠度的变化情况.结果表明:2种钢筋混凝土梁的受弯性能和挠曲模式基本相同;正常使用极限状态下的平均裂缝间距、跨中挠度实测值与按GB50010-2002((混凝土结构设计规范》中平均裂缝宽度与短期刚度公式得到的计算值相符得较好,而短期最大裂缝宽度计算值则普遍大于实测值.根据实测结果比较分析,建议从降低最大裂缝宽度保证率和调整计算钢筋应力2个方面,对配置该类钢筋的受弯构件裂缝宽度计算方法进行适当的修正.
The flexural behavior of eight HRB500 rebar reinforced concrete beams was compared with that of two ordinary rebar reinforced beams basing on crack distribution, crack width and deflection. The results indicate that the flexural behavior and deflection mode of test beams with HRBS00 rebar are basically consistent with those of ordinary rebar reinforced concrete beams. Under the serviceability limit state, average crack spacing and mid-span deflection are equivalent to the calculation values according to formulas in GB 50010-2002. However, most of calculated short-term maximum crack width are larger than measured values. According to the test results, the normal formula of crack width should be revised by decreasing guarantee radio for maximum erack width and modifying calculated stress of rebar.
