为了分析多锤头破碎机(MHB)在旧水泥路面改建中的适用性,考虑材料的弹塑性,拟定板中、板角和纵横接缝中部四种典型荷载位置,在MHB锤击作用于水泥混凝土路面时,利用三维有限元方法分析了基层、路基和盖板涵的受力特征。基于以上分析结果,结合路面基层抗拉强度分析、路基抗剪强度分析和盖板涵的安全深度分析,确定了MHB的适用条件。
In order to analyze the scope of application of Multiple-Head Breaker (MHB) in old cement concrete pavement reconstruction, considering the elastic-plastic properties of material, for old cement concrete pavement when MHB is applied on four typical load positions including the middle of the slab, the comer of the slab, the middle of the transverse joint and the middle of the longitudinal joint, the stresses in basecourse, subgrade and slab culvert are analyzed with three-dimensional finite element method. According to the analysis results and the tensile strength of subbase, the shear strength of subgrade and the safe depth of the slab culvert, the scope of application of the Multiple-head breaker in old cement concrete pavement reconstruction is determined
