蛋白质和粗脂肪含量是评价稻米营养品质的重要指标,控制水稻(Oryza sativa L.)糙米蛋白质及脂肪含量的基因位点是数量性状,检测水稻糙米蛋白质及脂肪含量的数量性状位点(QTL)对于水稻品质遗传育种具有重要的意义。通过明恢63和优质泰国香米KDML105两个籼稻品种为亲本杂交的重组自交系(Recombinant inbred line,RIL)群体构建了包含113个简单重复序列标记(SSR)的遗传连锁图谱,对2009、2010年群体的蛋白质和粗脂肪含量进行了QTL定位。2009年检测到5个QTLs,其中蛋白质含量检测到2个QTLs,单个QTL贡献率分为别为5.44%和5.52%;粗脂肪含量检测到3个QTLs,单个QTL贡献率为5.42%~7.30%。2010年蛋白质含量检测到3个QTLs,单个QTL可解释表型变异为6.24%~20.75%;未检测到粗脂肪含量QTL。此外,还检测到14对粗脂肪含量和8对蛋白质含量的上位性QTLs。
Protein content and fat content in rice are important traits for evaluation of nutrient quality which was controlled by polygenes.Recombinant inbred lines(RIL) population derived from a cross between two indica rice varieties,Minghui63 and KDML105,were used to construct a linkage map consisting of 113 simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers.Quantitative trait loci(QTLs) mapping for controlling grain fat and protein content were conducted in 2009 and 2010.5 QTLs were identified in 2009,including 2 QTLs for grain protein content and 3 QTLs for grain fat content;the phenotypic variation explained by individual QTL ranged from 5.44%~5.52% in protein content and 5.42%~7.30% in fat content.In 2010,3 QTLs were detected for grain protein content and the phenotypic variation explained by individual QTL ranged from 6.24%~20.75%.
