低氧对大鼠主要脏器及血清铁、钴、镍和锰含量的影响

目的研究低氧对大鼠主要脏器和血清中铁、钴、镍和锰含量的影响。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、缺氧Ⅰ组和缺氧Ⅱ组,每组20只,雌雄各半。实验组大鼠置于低压舱内,以20 m/s速度上升至模拟7 km高度,停留1.5 h后下降到地面水平,每日1次。分别于第10天(缺氧Ⅰ组)和20天(缺氧Ⅱ组)取血液和各脏器标本。采用原子吸收法测标本中铁、钴、镍和锰的含量。结果缺氧Ⅰ组与对照组比较,脑、肝、血清铁含量明显降低(P〈0.01),心、肺铁含量明显升高(P〈0.01);肺钴含量明显升高(P〈0.01);肾、肺镍含量明显升高(P〈0.01,P〈0.01),肝镍含量明显降低(P〈0.01);肝锰含量明显升高(P〈0.01)。缺氧Ⅱ组与对照组比较,心、肾、肺铁含量明显升高(P〈0.01),肝、血清铁含量明显降低(P〈0.01);脑、心、肺钴含量明显升高(P〈0.01);肺镍含量明显升高(P〈0.01);肝、血清锰含量明显升高(P〈0.01)。缺氧Ⅱ组与缺氧Ⅰ组比较,脑、肺、血清铁含量明显降低(P〈0.01),肾铁含量明显升高(P〈0.01);脑、肺钴含量明显升高(P〈0.01);肾镍含量明显降低(P〈0.01),肺镍含量明显升高(P〈0.01)。结论低氧导致大鼠铁、钴、镍和锰元素在主要器官和血清含量发生显著变化,铁、钴、镍和锰含量的增加有利于适应低氧应激。

英文摘要:

Objective To study the effects of hypoxemia on contents of Fe,Co,Ni and Mn in main organs and serum of rats.Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,experimental group 1 and experimental group 2;The rats in the experimental groups were placed in the hypobaric chamber,they were ascended to imitated 7 km above the sea level at the speed of 20 m/s for 1.5 h once a day,and then the rats were sacrificed on the tenth day(experimental groupⅠ) and twentieth day(experimental groupⅡ) respectively,the samples of blood and main organs were collected.The contents of Fe,Co,Ni and Mn were tested by atomic absorption.Results Compared with the control group,in the experimental group Ⅰ,Fe in the brain,livers and serum decreased significantly(P0.01),while Fe in hearts and lungs increased significantly(P0.01);Co in the lungs increased significantly(P0.01),Ni in the kidneys and lungs increased significantly(P0.01),while Ni in the livers decreased significantly(P0.01),Mn in the livers increased significantly(P0.01).Compared with the control group,in the experimental group Ⅱ,Fe in the hearts,kidney and lungs increased significantly(P0.01),while Fe in the livers and serum decreased significantly(P0.01);Co in the brain,hearts and lungs increased significantly(P0.01),Ni in the lungs increased significantly(P0.01),Mn in the livers and serum increased significantly(P0.01).Compared with the experimental group Ⅰ,in the experimental group Ⅱ,Fe in the brain,lungs and serum decreased significantly(P0.01),while Fe in the kidneys increased significantly(P0.01);Co in the lungs and brain increased significantly(P0.01),Ni in the kidneys decreased significantly(P0.01),while Ni in the lungs increased significantly(P0.01),Mn in the livers increased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion Hypoxia can cause content change of Fe,Co,Ni and Mn in the main organs and serum in rats,the increase in Fe,Co,Ni and Mn will be helpful to adapt to hypoxia stress.
