血瘀证是干燥综合征的常见证型,瘀血不仅是本病形成的重要原因,也是病程中所产生的病理产物,伴随着疾病的发生、发展及预后全过程。脾虚是干燥综合征血瘀证形成的重要原因。从干燥综合征病因病机、临床表现与血瘀证的关系和干燥综合征血瘀证与脾生理病理关系及其从脾论治几个方面进行论述,提出从脾论治干燥综合征血瘀证,以期为干燥综合征的中医药治疗提供参考。
英文摘要：
Blood stasis syndrome is a common type of Sjogren＇s syndrome. Static blood is not only the important cause for the formation of the disease,but the pathological product produced during the course,which is with the occurrence,development and prognosis of the disease. Spleen deficiency is a key reason for the formation of Sjogren＇s syndrome blood stasis syndrome. This paper explains from the aspects of the relation between the cause,pathogenesis,as well as clinical manifestation of Sjogren＇s syndrome and blood stasis syndrome,the relation between Sjogren＇s syndrome blood stasis syndrome and physiology-pathology of spleen,as well as treatment from spleen. The authors put forward treating Sjogren＇s syndrome with blood stasis syndrome from spleen to provide reference for Chinese medicine treatment of Sjogren＇s syndrome.
