公共产品伤害事件后引致公众需求波动动因是有效实施公共产品安全管理和全面恢复重建以及提升公共产品消费水平的关键,针对公共产品伤害事件后普遍缺乏公众主体需求变化溯源动力性问题,研究公共产品伤害事件后引致公众需求波动的动因多维理论支撑框架、动因内容构成及其内在逻辑关系,包括:从多维理论视域阐释多维引致动因的理论释义框架,分别从显性动因和隐性动因上探索性解读了引致动因要素构成内容,提出了引致动因多重进路逻辑关系基本图式,是在一定情境场域下,以“事件发生—利益受损—个体认知偏差—感知预期风险增加”为主逻辑进路,多个调节进路互联互通、交互嵌入的多主体、多节点共同作用的复杂关系。
Public demand fluctuation is the key to the effective implementation of public safety management reconstruction and improving the consumption level of public goods. Aiming at the problem of the demand dynamic change of the public’s main body is generally short for reason after public product injury, studying the supporting framework, the content and the inherent logic of public demand fluctuation cause after the public product injury, including:from the perspective of multidimensional theory to explain the theoretical framework of multidimensional causes, which is explored the cause of the main factors respectively from explicit and implicit motivation, and proposed the basic scheme of multiple access logic, which is based on certain context field, and works as the main logical approach which start from event occurrence, interest damage, individual cognitive bias, to perceiving increasing expectation risk, and the multiple regulation approaches, that are complex relationship which is composed by multi agent and multi node.
