目前国内主要使用电石乙炔法生产氯乙烯,其氯乙烯精馏尾气通常采用两台变压吸附装置进行处理,受变压吸附装置的限制,其氢气回收率已无法再提高;同时,电石乙炔法将造成氯气的剩余,企业难以处理。对此,本文提出采用直接回用第一台变压吸附装置塔顶产品气的方法,提高氢气回收率;然后对整个工艺流程建立数学模型,探究上游各个参数对回收氢气的影响,得到了4个评价指标关于工艺流程中9个参数的解析解并绘制成图。经过分析,发现采用合适的乙炔发生器和最佳回用比例等方法,可有效提高氢气回收率,降低氯气库存量。
The carbide acetylene method is a common way to produce vinyl chloride in China. The tail gas of polyvinyl chloride rectifi- cation is handled by two pressure swing adsorption equipments, which means the hydrogen recovery can hardly be improve with the limitation of PSA. And as a result of carbide acetylene method, chlorine is excess, which is difficult to deal with for factories. In this article, it is proposed a way to improve the hydrogen recovery by matical model is constructed to explore the relationship between directly reuse the product gas from the top of first PSA. And a mathe- parameters and the reuse of hydrogen, after that we got some graphs and analytical solution between 4 evaluation indexes and 9 parameters. It is found that the optimization can improve hydrogen recovery and reduce residual of chlorine effectively by using the appropriate acetylene generator or optimized recycle ratio or others methods.
