目的通过对健康女大学生体质和经前脉图参数的调查研究,以描述不同体质在经前脉图参数上的差异,了解体质类型与经前脉图参数之间的相关性。方法调查研究40例北京中医药大学健康女大学生,以王琦9分法为标准进行9种体质分类,于经前使用上海道生DS01-C脉象仪采集脉图参数,应用SPSS17.0统计软件进行不同体质与脉图参数之间的相关性研究。结果 40例健康女大学生中最常见的3种体质为平和质13人(32.5%)、阳虚质13人(32.5%)、湿热质8人(20%)。平和质、阳虚质、湿热质阳性组与阴性组脉图参数差异性比较:平和质组脉图参数t5高度显著高于非平和质组,t5/t4显著高于非平和质组,t1/t显著低于非平和质组;阳虚质组脉图参数t1/t高度显著高于非阳虚质组;t5、Ad显著低于非阳虚质组(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。平和质组、阳虚质组、湿热质组间脉图参数差异性比较:3组间脉图参数t5、t1/t差异有统计学意义,LSD两两比较,t5阳虚质组显著低于平和质组;t1/t阳虚质组显著高于平和质组和湿热质组(P〈0.05)。平和质组、阳虚质组、湿热质组与脉图参数相关性分析:平和质组与t5呈高度显著正相关,与t、t5/t4呈显著正相关,与t1/t呈显著负相关;阳虚质组与t1、t1/t呈显著正相关,与t5、Ad、t1/t呈显著负相关。湿热质组与脉图参数无明显相关性。结论平和质、阳虚质、湿热质3种不同体质与健康女大学生的经前脉图参数具有一定相关性,可为进一步探讨体质分类与脉图参数相关性研究提供一定依据。
Objective To describe the different physical differences in the pulse parameters on the understanding of the relationship between the different constitution types and pulse parameters through the investigation and study on healthy female college students and the pulse parameters of premenstrual period. Methods 40 cases of healthy female college students of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were studied. The constitution classification adopt Wang Qi's standard. The pulse parameters of premenstrual period was acquired by Shanghai Daosheng DS01 - C eleetropulsograph. The correlation between different constitution types and pulse parameters was analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results ① The most kinds of constitution types were gentle quality( n = 13,32.5 % ), Yang deficiency ( n = 13,32.5 % ) and damp - heat constitution( n = 8,20% ). ②The gentle quality group pulse parameters t5 and t5/t4 was significantly higher than that in the non of gentle quality group and tl/t was significantly lower than that of non of gentle quality group. Yang deficiency group pulse parameters t1/t was significantly higher than non of Yang deficiency group and t5 and Ad were significantly lower than non of Yang deficiency group( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ).③There were significant differences in t5 and t1/t among the gentle quality group, Yang deficiency group and damp -heat constitution group, t5 Yang deficiency group was significantly lower than the gentle quality group and t1/t of Yang deficiency group was significantly higher than that of the gentle quality group and the damp - heat constitution group( P 〈 0.05 ) by using LSD. ④The gentle quality group showed a significant positive correlation with t5 ,t and tit4 and showed negative correlation with tit. Yang deficiency group was positively related to tl and t1/t and was negative correlation with ts ,Ad,tl/t. There was no significant correlation between the damp - heat constitution group and the pulse parameters. Conclusions There are certain
