在一台经改装的单缸光学发动机机上进行不同喷油策略下均质压燃(HCCI)燃烧过程试验研究。试验保证每循环供油量一定,燃用正庚烷作为燃料,转速600r/min,进气压力为0.1MPa,控制2个不同的进气温度:95℃和125℃。缸内压力、放热率、化学发光成像和光强研究结果均表明,不同气道喷油策略导致缸内混合气分布不均匀,影响燃烧着火时刻、着火位置、发光强度和发展历程。进气温度提高后,混合气形成改善,喷油策略对燃烧过程影响作用减小。在进气行程、气门打开阶段喷射燃料实现HCCI燃烧方式的自燃着火位置受温度影响较小,缸内混合气分布最均匀。
To study the combustion processes of homogeneous charge compression ignition under different ported injection strategies, the tests were carried out on a modified single-cylinder optical engine. The experiments use n-heptane as the fuel, keep constant fuel mass per cycle, control engine speed at 600 r/ min, inlet pressure at 0.1 MPa, inlet temperature at 95℃ and 125 ℃. Cylinder pressure, heat release rate, chemiluminescence imaging, and intensity show that different injection strategies of port-injection will result in charge inhomogeneity and affect auto-ignition timing, auto-ignition location, light intensity, and combustion processes. Increasing inlet temperature will improve the mixing, while injection strategies have small influence on combustion processes. The injection during the intake stroke and intake valve opening phase shows little influence on auto-ignition location. Better distribution of in-cylinder charge can be obtained when injection at the intake stroke.
