针对某武器系统的故障诊断问题,建立了一种融合经验诊断、在线诊断和原理诊断为一体的智能故障诊断系统。该系统由工业控制计算机(上位机)与以嵌入式PC104计算机为中心的数据采集处理系统(下位机)组成。下位机采集和处理武器系统关键设置点的现场数据,上位机的智能诊断系统根据下位机采集的现场信息,应用故障诊断专家系统进行故障诊断和定位。智能诊断系统根据某武器系统的层次结构和可靠性工程中的故障树分析法建立该武器系统的基于层次模型的故障分离树,利用综合框架表示诊断知识,采用正、反推理相结合的诊断策略进行推理。现场测试表明该智能诊断系统提高了某武器系统故障诊断的准确度和速度。
In order to solve fault diagnosis problems of weapon system, an intelligent fault diagnosis system was established. The system combined empirical diagnosis, on-line fault diagnosis with principle diagnosis. The system was composed of industrial control computer (main computer) and data acquisition and processing system (PC) that took embedded PC104 as center. The PC system detects and processes the site fault information data of weapon system key points. According to site information collected by PC system, intelligent fault diagnosis system of main computer performs fault diagnosis and positioning by means of fault diagnosis expert system. According to the hierarchical structure of weapon system and its fault diagnosis tree analysis method in reliability engineering, an intelligent fault diagnosis system based on a fault diagnosis tree was set up. The diagnosis knowledge was represented by use of integrated framework, and diagnosis strategy was used to carry out positive inference and inverse inference. Site test resuits showed that the intelligent fault diagnosis system can improve accuracy and speed of weapon system fault diagnosis.
