建立1个同时测定大黄及其制剂中的芦荟大黄素、大黄酸和大黄素含量的反相高效液相色谱法.采用Waters Spherisorb ODS2(5μm,Φ4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,以体积比为85∶15的甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,流速为1.5!mL/min,柱温为40℃,检测波长为430 nm.在上述色谱条件下,芦荟大黄素、大黄酸和大黄素在10 min内得到了有效的分离和检测.方法简便、快速、灵敏、线性范围宽,可用于大黄及其制剂中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸和大黄素的定量测定.
