目的:探讨TBL教学模式在肝胆外科专业人才体系培养中的应用价值。方法:选取2011年8月至2012年5月间在我院肝胆外科实习的临床医学本科实习生,随机分为TBL组和LBL组,对比分析两组培训前后的操作考核及理论考试成绩。结果:TBL组实习后成绩均优于LBL组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:TBL教学模式能显著提高学生的学习成绩和学习的积极性,值得进一步推广。
Objective: To explore the application value of TBL teaching model in training professional personnel in the department of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods: from 2011 August to 2012 May,clinical medicine undergraduates interning in our hepatobiliary surgery were randomly divided into TBL group and LBL group. Tests covering clinical skills and theoretical knowledge were carried out before and after their training. The scores were analyzed. Results: after the training TBL group was better than that LBL group. Conclusion:the TBL teaching model can improve the students' enthusiasm and achievement and is worthy of further promotion.
