基于直接接触式冰浆生成器中载冷气泡在制冰溶液中的上升特性,以FLUENT中的VOF模型为基础,对载冷气泡与制冰溶液之间的传热过程进行了二维数值模拟,揭示了载冷气泡进气温度、速度及初始半径对充分换热高度的影响规律:随着气泡进气温度降低,初始速度增大,初始半径增大,充分换热高度增大.
Based on the rising characteristics of a single bubble in the direct contact ice slurry genera- tor, the two-dimensional numerical simulation of heat transfer process between the cooling bubbles and ice making solution using VOF model was developed. The results show that the higher the speed of the cooling bubbles, the bigger the radius of the initial bubbles, and the cooling bubbles and the ice-making solution, the higher the h larger the temperature difference between the eight of the full heat transfer.
