机电耦合系统动力学优化是多学科交叉的机电一体化理论问题。文中针对该类问题进行优化方法的研究,首先介绍基本的粒子群算法,然后针对该种算法的不足提出自适应跳跃粒子群算法,并完成其收敛性分析,最后应用该算法对机电耦合整形机床主轴系统进行动力学优化。经算例验证,该优化算法在有限的时间内可以得到具有工程实用价值的优化结果,是解决该类问题的有效途径。
Dynamic optimization of electromechanical coupling system is a multi-subject problem on mechanics theory.The optimization of such kind problem is studied.Particle swarm optimization(PSO) is introduced.In order to resolve the insufficiency,a new kind of adaptive escape particle swarm optimization(AEPSO) is presented and the astringency analysis is finished.Finally,AEPSO is used to optimize electromechanical coupling reshape machine tool principal axis system.The results of application example proved that pra...
