Objective： To find out a high-efficiency and steady performance of staining nucleic acid with Genefinder in agarose gel electrophoresis.Method：Comparative analysis was performed on the staining effects corresponding with three different methods of Genefinder staining.Result：Staining nucleic acid with Genefinder after agarose gel electrophoresis has a satisfactory effect,while staining in agarose gel electrophoresis does worse and staining with preparative dye liquor has the worst effect.Conclusion：Probably Genefinder has an effect on the mobility of nucleic acid in agarose gel electrophoresis,therefore,a better way is to stain nucleic acid with Genefinder after the agarose gel electrophoresis.
