福建柘荣太子参是道地药材,但是其连作障碍严重制约了相关产业的发展,研究太子参连作障碍及其形成的原因具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。本文以柘参2号为材料,采用大田试验研究连作对太子参产量和品质的影响,并测定了未种植太子参的水稻田土壤(对照)和太子参-水稻轮作土壤、太子参-太子参连作土壤中尖孢镰刀菌的数量。研究结果显示:连作导致太子参产量下降为1/3,其根鲜重、分根数均极显著(P〈0.01)下降,根长显著(P〈0.05)下降,品质指标总人参皂苷和多糖含量均极显著(P〈0.01)下降;太子参-水稻轮作土壤、太子参-太子参连作土壤中尖孢镰刀菌数量比对照土壤的均极显著(P〈0.01)增多,分别是对照土壤中的12.7和13.0倍,太子参-太子参连作土壤中尖孢镰刀菌数量与“太子参-水稻-太子参”轮作土壤的相比略有增多,但差异未达显著水平(P〉0.05)。研究结果说明太子参连作导致其产量和品质均显著降低,连作障碍现象极严重,而尖孢镰刀菌数量增多引起太子参枯萎病,可能是太子参连作障碍的主要因素之一。
Pseudostelariae heterophylla, which is planted at Zherong County of Fujian Province, is anherb that has a good pesticide effect and has enjoyed widespread renown. However, the development of this herb' s relevant industries is severely restricted by its continuous cropping obstacle. It has applica-tion value to research the continuous cropping obstacle of this herb, and it is also an important scientif- ic significance to reveal the mechanism of the herb' s continuous cropping obstacle phenomenon. Inthis study, "Zheseng No. 2" was used as material to study the impact of continuously cropping of P. heterophflla on its yield and quality by field experiment. Then, the Fusarum oxysporum numbers in therhizospheric soil of P. heterophylla and the control were measured. The results showed that continuously cropping results in significantly decreasing of the yield and root length ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and extremelysignificantly decreasing of the fresh root weight and root numbers both (P 〈 0. 01 ). The results also showed that the contents of ginseng saponins content and polysaccharide extremely significantly de-creased (P 〈 0. 01 ) due to continuously cropping. The numbers of F. oxysporum in the P. heterophylla-P. heterophylla and P. heterophylla-Oryza sativa soils were extremely significantly higher than thatof the control (P 〈0. 01 ) , which were 12.7 and 13.0 times of the control. The number of F. oxysporum in P. heterophylla-P, heterophylla soil was higher than that of P. heterophylla-O, sativa soil, butthe difference was not significant (P 〉0. 05 ). It indicates that continuously cropping leads to the sig- nificantly decrease of yield and quality of P. heterophylla, this serious continuous cropping obstaclemight result from the increasing numbers of F. oxysporum in its rhizosphere.
