高等教育的根本任务是培养人才,立德树人是高等学校永恒的主题。作为一所新建民办高校,沈阳城市学院充分发挥办学体制新和运行机制获得优势,深化改革、勇于创新,全面贯彻党的立德树人的教育方针,积极为社会主义事业培育合格的建设者和接班人。学校从建校伊始,就确立了"坚持育人为本,注重能力培养"的办学理念,高度重视立德树人工作,将立德树人工作置于学校头等发展的重要位置。几年来,结合大学生思想实际,经过探索和实践,学校逐步建立了一整套以加强和密切师生紧密联系接触为主要工作内涵的立德树人体系,形成了具有学校特色的立德树人理念,也收到了令人欣慰的立德树人效果。

英文摘要:

The basic task of higher education is to cultivate talents; therefore, raising students' morality and qualities is naturally a permanent theme of any institute of tertiary education. As a newly established private university, Shenyang City University makes full use of the advantage acquired through a new school-running mechanism and operational approach, continuously deepens reform and boldly makes innovation in an effort to comprehensively implement our party's education principle-raising students' morality and qualities and to cultivate qualified successors of our great socialist cause. At the very start our university established the schooling philosophy-putting first quality development and emphasizing the ability construction and the top priority has been given to the work of bettering students' morality and qualities. Over the past years, relating to the reality of college students' thought development, our university, after arduous exploration and practice, has gradually developed a student morality-raising system whose content is to reinforce the close contact between teachers and students, consequently forming a schooling phi- losophy typical of our school and achieving a satisfactory result.
