In view of inside and outside factors influencing technology innovation of key enterprises, using survey data from 132 key enterprises in Henan province, this research examines the main problem and characteristics in the course of technology innovation of different ownership key firms. Then, this paper gives suggestions to how to optimize innovative environment of key enterprises from the aspect of the enterprises, society and the government.
