《机械设计基础》课程设计现采用尺规绘图,与当前的计算机绘图相脱节。通过差异化题目要求,避免计算机绘图时可能的千篇一律,并给出了差异化的几点建议。采用计算机绘图后,对于一级齿轮减速器设计,工作量几乎不变;对于二级齿轮减速器设计,工作量可以得到显著压缩。同时,通过计算机绘图可以了解绘图软件,增加了学生的工作适应性。
Construction with ruler and compasses is applied in the course of"Basic Mechanical Design",which is out of step with the current computer drawing. Monotonous results can be avoided by differentiation requirements wheu using computer drawing and some suggestions on differentiation were given also. For 1-stage gear reducer design the workload is almost unchanged and the 2-stage gear reducer design significantly compressed when using computer aided design (CAD). At the same time,the CAD software can be understand and the work adaptability for student can be increased by using CAD.
