顶空-气质联用技术测定高分子材料中的挥发性组分

采用顶空-气质联用(Hs—GC—MS)技术测定了聚丙烯基复合材料和橡胶中的挥发性组分。色谱柱选用DB—WAX,平衡温度为100%,平衡时间为1h。结果表明:所选用的聚丙烯基复合材料中检出正丁醇、2-氯乙醇、2-乙基己醇、邻甲苯胺、苯酚等五种挥发性组分;橡胶中检出对二甲苯、环己酮、甲睾酮、4-萜烯醇、4-烯丙基苯甲醚、萜品油烯、萘、1-甲基萘、苯并噻唑、1,4-萘醌等十种挥发性组分。

The volatile components in polypropylene composite were determined using headspaee gas chromatography- mass spectrometry (HS -GC -MS). The conditions that DB -WAX chromatographic column and headspaee equilibrium temperature at 100~C for one hour were chosen. Effects of headspace equilibrium temperature and time on total volatile components were discussed. The results showed that five kinds of volatile components ( 1 - Buatanol, 2 - Chloroethanol, 2 - Ethylhexanol, o - Toluidine, Phenol) were detected in polypropylene composite and ten kinds of volatile components (p -Xylene, Cyclohexanone, 17 Methyltestostosteron, 4 - Terpineol, 4 - Allylanisol, alpha - Terpinolen, Naphthalene, Naphthalene, 1 - methyl - Benzothiazole, 1,4 - Naphthaquinone) were detected in rubber which chose for analyzing.
