本文研究复杂网络在制造领域中关于产品族零部件关系的应用分析。在已有产品族零部件关系模型的基础上,我们提出了一类改进的网络模型。利用马氏链理论中首达概率技巧,严格证明了该网络中结点入度稳态分布的存在性,并得出了度分布的具体表达式。通过对产品族零部件关系网络的研究,以系统地了解制造系统的内在机理,为企业的生产提供科学依据。
In this paper,we mainly study the application of complex network to the parts relation network of a product family in the area of manufacture.Based on existing models,we propose an improved model,provide a rigorous proof for the existence of the steady-state in-degree distribution,and moreover,mathematically derive its explicit expression.Through the research on the parts relation network,we can understand the inherent mechanism of manufacturing systems systematically,it will provide scientific guides for the production of an enterprise.
