本文采用X射线衍射、电子探针、扫描电镜等测试手段,对矾山磷矿石及其所含磷灰石和云母单矿物晶体进行了组成与结构的分析,并采用jade5软件计算了磷灰石及云母的晶体化学式。通过分析矾山磷灰石的荧光光谱,初步研究了其发光性能。结果表明:矾山磷矿石样品主要由磷灰石及镁黑云母晶体组成。所含磷灰石为氟磷灰石,晶胞参数为:a=0.940nm,C=0.689nm,该矿物晶体有发光性能,其发光性能与其所含ce元素有关。所含云母为镁黑云母,晶胞参数为:a=0.534nnl,b=0.927nm,C=1.024nm,β=100.092°。
Fanshan phosphorous ore minerals crystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction, electron microprobe, scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The compositions and structures of apatite and magnesio biotite were studied, and the structural formula of the fluorapatite and magnesio biotite were calculated by using Jade5 software. The fluorescence spectra of Fanshan apatite were also analyzed. Results show that Fanshan phosphorous ore samples were mainly composed of fluorapatite and magnesio biotite. The unit cell parameters of fluorapatite are : a = 0. 940 nm, c = 0. 689 nm, and the unit cell parameters of magnesio biotite are :a = 0. 534 nm, b = 0. 927 nm, c = 1. 024 nm,β = 100. 092 °. The luminescent property of the fluorapatite has been also investigated, and it is related to the Ce dement in it.
