港珠澳大桥沉管隧道是我国首次采取工厂化预制沉管管节,混凝土沉管管节在预制过程中的裂缝控制是工程中要解决的难题之一,必须在沉管预制施工前进行足尺节段浇筑试验,验证混凝土原材料、配合比、施工工艺以及裂缝控制措施的可行性及可靠性。在试浇块试验、数值模拟研究和局部块体试验的基础上,开展沉管1/4足尺节段浇筑试验,进一步调整配合比,优化施工工艺,发现各施工工艺存在的问题,最后通过温度、应变监测得到了沉管节段温度场和应变场的发展规律,为管节正式预制提供指导。
Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao immersed tunnel is the first tunnel in China which precasted in factory.Controlling and avoiding early age thermal cracking in concrete is a key technology to guarantee the construction quality of the project,and block tests should be carried out to study the basic performance of concrete,cracking control measures and temperature indexes.In this paper,a full scale test of one quarter segment on early-age cracking control was carried out.In the tests,mix proportion of concrete,precasting technology and cracking control methods were studied.Moreover,temperature field and strain field of segment were obtained through monitoring.All of the works provided some value for precasting of segments in future.
