以云烟87、云烟119、77089、K326烤烟品种的成熟叶片为实验材料,运用透射电子显微镜比较观察其叶绿体亚显微结构。结果显示:四个烤烟品种叶片的上中下三个部位叶绿体积累淀粉颗粒及脂质小球的含量相差较大,且淀粉颗粒积累与脂质小球的积累相反,其中云烟87、77089淀粉颗粒和脂质小球积累的情况比较明显;各品种烤烟叶片成熟时叶绿体解体程度不一致,基粒片层的完好性也有差异,云烟87下部叶和中部叶、K326下部叶和上部叶的叶绿体中存在相对较丰富的基粒片层,云烟119三个部位的叶绿体中都没出现较丰富的基粒片层,77089的叶绿体破坏程度比较大,中部叶稍缓和。
The transmission electron microscopy was used to study the difference of the submicroscopic structure of chloroplast between four flue-cured tobacco leaves( Yunyan87,Yunyan119,77089 and K326). The results show that: the accumulation of starch granules and lipid beads in chloroplast from the upper to lower leaves in the 4 flue-cured tobacco varieties are different,and the accumulation of the starch granules are the opposite to that of the lipid beads,especially for Yunyan 87 and 77089. The degree of chloroplast disintegration and the integrity in the four leaves are different. There are relative larger amount of granal lamella of chloroplasts in the lower and middle leaves of Yunyan 87 and the lower and upper leaves of K326. But the large amount of granal lamella in the leaves of Yunyan 119 is not found. The chloroplast in the upper and lower leaves of 77089 are damaged severely while the damage of the chloroplast in the middle leaves is eased slightly.
