利用聚合反应合成了一种柔软剂N-环己基-γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷ASO-702,用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、扫描电镜SEM和原子力显微镜AFM等仪器对产物的结构及成膜形态进行了研究。结果表明,ASO-702在亲水性纤维织物和单晶硅表面均能形成疏水膜。该膜表面不很均匀,有高低不平的峰形形貌存在,在2μm^2扫描范围内ASO-702硅膜表面的均方根粗糙度达到了0.247nm。
A fabric softener N-cyclohexyl-γ-aminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane(ASO-702)was synthesized by a ring-opening polymerization. The chemical structure and film morphology of ASO-702 was characterized and investigated by IR, ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR, scanning electronic microscope (SEM),atomic force microscope (AFM) and other instruments. Experiment results indicate that ASO-702 can form a hydrophobic, non-homogeneous structural film on the surface of the treated fabric or silicon wafer. The film is uneven, with a lot of high or low peaks in its dimensional topography. And in the 2 μm^2 scanning region, the average film roughness (Rq.) of ASO-702 has achieved 0. 247 nm.
